BRIEF

This is a film we made to support the Sky Customer Services team. We were asked to make a film to explain a new app to all the Sky Customer Service agents to encourage them to download the app themselves, and then in turn to encourage callers to do so also. The app itself aims to reduce the number of calls made to the Customer Service centres about more trivial issues, in order to free the agents up for the trickier ones.

We created this 90 second animation to clearly and cleanly explain the benefits of the new app.
