BRIEF

The BBC commissioned TellyJuice to create a short explainer film about week by week Pregnancy, in a clear and concise yet informative style. The film needed to cover fertilisation through to the development of the foetus and its eventual birth as a baby. It needed to be engaging yet accessible to a wide audience including students.

OUR APPROACH

We consulted with the Professor of Obstetrics at Kings College London and researched the subject in great detail. We came up with an angle on the subject – how does life come from a single cell? We then scripted and story boarded the 3 minute film. Using 2.5D animation and a 3D model our in-house Motion Graphics team brought the script to life. Lastly we used sound design for the final polish.
