Rut is an artist and photographer. Shot at night, her distinctive large-scale photographic works concern the representation of the city and the phenomenon of the urban. Rut’s public art installation “Silver Forest” can be seen on the Westminster City Council building and she is also responsible for the iconic album cover of The Streets “Original Pirate Material”. In this Creative Cut documentary, Rut shares what is special about a German-born Artist living in London and how by daring to go beyond established boundaries she manages to stay open to creativity.
